We offer 3 kinds of shipping that you can choose at checkout. There are as follows:
STANDARD AIRMAIL WITHOUT TRACKING:
Typically takes 15 - 30 working days.
Charge: Free
NO tracking will be available and Molly Cosmetics Ltd will NOT be responsible for lost parcels.
REGISTERED AIRMAIL WITH TRACKING:
Typically takes 10-21 working days.
Charge: $3 (Free for purchases over $29)
SINGAPORE SPEEDPOST
Typically takes 3-5 working days
Charge: Varies according to countries, choose this option to reveal cost at checkout.
We ship Worldwide except a few countries (e.g. the Philippines, India, Lebanon, Pakistan) at the moment as we had been experiencing difficulties shipping orders there, mainly because our products are cosmetics and these countries have strict control over such items. To find out if we ship to the country you want to ship your items to, simply try putting some items in your cart and land on checkout page and go to "country" and scroll down the option menu to see if you can find that country.
FAILED DELIVERY
By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with Molly Cosmetics Ltd and commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender Molly Cosmetics Ltd at customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax fees; the amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
